These uses of guide shafts

The guide shaft is generally treated with chrome plated rods or cold drawn rods for surface oxidation, and its main function is to guide. It can be used with different components for different purposes. The purposes of guide shafts are: for linear motion, for rotation, and as pillars.
In different usage purposes, guide shafts are usually used with different components:
In linear motion, the guide shaft is generally used together with linear bearings, guide shaft supports, oil-free bushings, etc. When using a linear guide shaft in conjunction with a linear bearing to form a linear motion mechanism, a heat-treated guide shaft with a tolerance of g6 · h8 · h5 can be used in conjunction with a linear bearing. When used in conjunction with oil-free bushings, an unheated guide shaft with a tolerance of F8 can be used.
When used for rotating purposes, bearings, synchronous pulleys, and couplings are generally used in conjunction.
When the guide shaft is used as a pillar, it is generally used in conjunction with a pillar fixing clip, base, and fixing ring.
The main uses of linear guide shafts are:
1. Used as a guiding axis for light loads, short distances, low frequencies, and low speeds in the vertical direction.
2. Used for high-speed, long-distance, and heavy load high-frequency motion in the horizontal direction.
3. Use an unheated guide shaft with a tolerance of F8 in conjunction with an oil-free liner, with a hard chrome plated surface suitable for sliding in surface contact.
In terms of appearance alone, the guide shafts produced by different manufacturers may be very similar, but what greatly affects the performance of the guide shafts is the selection standards and manufacturing processes used by manufacturers during the production process.
